Auto-extension

This RFQ procedure is not a bidding, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFQ procedure is also not a public bidding and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFQ procedure does not impose on the Customer the commitment to make a contract with the RFQ winner.
