Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

In the absence of a complete package of documents and the required work experience, the application is not considered in the tender.
All documents must be attached when submitting the application.
Please note that the price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time /fulfillment, guarantees, advance/post-payment, advance payment, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract of Rusagro Group, willingness to work in EDO, percentage of penalties.
