Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
cashless payment. After the conclusion of the contract for purchase of a car between the seller and the buyer, the seller puts the buyer's account within 5 (five) working days pays 100% of the car price specified in the contract. The seller from the moment of receipt of funds on the correspondent account during 3 (three) days shall furnish to the buyer in accordance with the vehicle specified in the contract furnishing to the instrument of transfer and receipt of the vehicle, provide the required closing documents.
For violation of the conditions in respect of a time limit of shipment of the vehicle to the buyer and/or conditions on the quality of the car Buyer Seller makes demand for payment of a penalty in the form of a fine in the amount of 0.5% of the car cost per each day of delay, starting with the first day of the delay, and the seller is obliged to satisfy the requirements of the buyer within 3 (three) calendar days from the moment of their presentation.
In case of a delay in the shipment of the vehicle for a period of more than 5 (five) days, the buyer shall have the right to unilaterally withdraw from buying a car from this seller. In this case, the seller must refund the buyer the full amount of the cost of the car, as well as pay the appropriate amount of penalty not later than 3 days from the date of presentation of the claim.

Comments: Party request for proposals must provide:
1. Commercial offer, stamped and signed by an authorized representative of the party.
The participant has to complete form-Form KP in case of filling Party own form should reflect all the information and the information specified in the form.
2. Dealer's certificate.
3. Profile-company information.
4. Consent to the processing and transfer of your personal data (to be completed by the head of the party, passport copy of which is available as part of an offer).
For legal entities:
5. Certificate of State registration;
6. Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
7. Decision (Protocol) on the establishment, Foundation Agreement (if any);
8. In the current edition of the Charter and all changes thereto (if any);
9. Document confirming the authority of the head of the party;
10. Passport of the leader of the party;
11. Document confirming the authority of the person who signed the application for participation;
12. Information about the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (CPV form 1110018) with a copy of the notification of delivery reports;
13. Certificate from tax authority about absence of arrears received not earlier than 30 (thirty) days before the date of grant.
14. Notice on the application of a party to the simplified system of taxation (if applicable).
For individual entrepreneurs:
15. Certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur in the unified State Register of individual entrepreneurs;
16. Certificate of tax registration;
17. Documents proving the identity of the party.
Documents in terms of their design and content must conform to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Documents, including the texts of seals in foreign languages must be presented to the Russian sealed (if available) and signed by the Party or by his authorized representative.
Documents are provided in the copies certified by signature and stamp (if available).
This procedure the request for proposals is not a competition, it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
