Обоснование: Закупочной комиссией принято решение:
1. по лоту №1 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся и на основании п.8.11.2 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «Научно-производственная корпорация «Уралвагонзавод» (с изменениями)» заключить договор с ООО "Производственно-коммерческое предприятие "МОБОЙЛ" с суммой договора 4 326 300,00 руб. с учетом НДС, как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное ценовое предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации,
