3. Requirements for the technical characteristics of the work.
3.1. To provide external communication of the enterprise according to city numbers provided by Rostelecom PJSC; communication with PSTN through ISDN E1 PRI streams through a dedicated fiber-optic channel.
3.2. ATS must ensure the inclusion of E1 stream according to PRI (in the OPTS of Novocherkassk), or according to SIP-T (in Softswitch of Rostov), with mandatory testing.
3.3. The PBX should provide integration with the Cisco CUCM 11.5 VoIP telephony software and hardware for 30 communication lines (channels) at a dedicated IP address.
3.4. The PBX must provide integration with the software and hardware complex of VoIP telephony via SIP protocol 16 communication lines (channels) to provide long-distance communication with other providers at a dedicated IP address.
4. General requirements.
4.1. The Contractor provides for the procurement and delivery to the place of the Work of basic and auxiliary materials, equipment, tools, devices, equipment, labor, carries out transport and loading and unloading operations necessary to complete and complete the Works in the required quantity.
4.2. All materials and equipment supplied for work must have appropriate certificates, documents proving their quality.
4.3. All equipment supplied must be new, not previously used, not assembled from remanufactured parts. The Contractor is responsible for the compliance of the materials and equipment used with the design specifications, state standards and technical specifications.
5. Technical requirements for automatic telephone exchanges.
5.1. A digital automatic telephone exchange (hereinafter referred to as the PBX) should be complete constructs without the use of external gateways, interface converters, or other adapters, administered through a single program for managing any interface port or terminal included in it.
5.2. The PBX must provide the connection of at least 4 analog two-wire external lines and one E1 PRI stream (30 channels) to provide the company's subscribers with external communications.
5.3. The PBX must provide the connection of at least 1000 analog two-wire subscriber lines (SLT) or various SIP-terminals, fixed and mobile software SIP clients.

9. Warranty:
9.1. Warranty obligations for equipment offered for delivery must be at least 5 years.
9.2. The warranty period for the work performed is 12 months from the date of acceptance of work.
10. Special requirements:
It should be possible to train Customer's specialists to the level of full independent support. The Contractor must provide free technical training for at least two employees of the Customer.
