This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1065 of the second part of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
