Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Comments:
For participation in the procurement procedure necessarily reinforced the following documents:
1. Quotation on the letterhead of the Organization, indicating the following information:
- delivery time in calendar days;
- price in roubles with VAT;
- the warranty period;
- payment terms (taking into account the requirements of GK Rusagro);
- experience in the market of years experience with Rusagro-years;
2. Reference list for similar supplies.
3. Balance sheet for the last 2 calendar years.

Bid means you agree to work on a model form of the contract of OOO "Tambov bacon" (attached to the tender documentation)
