The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100%, of the cost of the Goods is paid by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer and the signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the Goods or other document confirming the acceptance of the Goods.
