Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered Goods under the agreement (a separate stage of the agreement, which is considered to be every signed act of acceptance of the Goods) is made with a delay of no more than 15 working days, if the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized enterprises. Or, if the Supplier is not a small and medium-sized business, then payment under this Agreement is carried out with a delay of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the acceptance certificate, provided the Buyer provides a full set of documents for payment for the Goods.
