Payment terms:
Postponement of payment within 60 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse or other payment terms that are additionally agreed by the parties. In the case of an advance payment, the Supplier is obliged to submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for an amount not less than the prepayment amount issued by banks included in the rating of the fifty largest banks in Russia or international banks with a rating not lower than BB+/Baa2.
Delivery terms:
The delivery time is minimal.
The Goods are delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. The shipping cost is included in the price of the Goods. The delivery date is the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12) at the Buyer's warehouse in Mezhdurechensk, Southern industrial zone, Warehouse. Delivery time: minimum. The delivered product must be new, not restored.
Comments: 1. A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT is to upload a commercial offer (offer) signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization (please submit an offer in the form of an Offer+Appendix No. 1 of the Bid documentation).
2. WE PAY Please NOTE: If products of a different manufacturer (not the original) or with a different catalog number are offered for delivery, the manufacturer's name and the modified catalog number must be indicated in the commercial offer. Also, a letter signed by the head of the enterprise must be attached to the offer, in which the Bidder confirms the similarity of the proposed products to the original.
3. The term of validity of the offer (offer) must be at least 90 calendar days from the date of its submission.
4. One of the important criteria for evaluating the offer is the postponement of payment. The preferred delay period is 60 days or more from the date of delivery.
5. A mandatory requirement for all Bidders is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a standard delivery contract (Appendix No. 2). If there are contradictions, the Bidder, before the end of the procurement procedure, shall attach to the E-Marketplace or send to the organizer of the procedure a protocol of disagreements to the draft contract. Confirmation of the supplier's status is required immediately after the end of the request with the provision of relevant documents in electronic form.

7. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447-449 Part 1 The Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse the received offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
