Payment terms:Payment by the buyer is made by transferring funds to the account of the supplier within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The supplied products shall be delivered by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. Shipping cost is included in the price of the goods. Delivery date is the date of transfer of goods to the buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) at the buyer's warehouse in Mezhrechensk, Southern industrial zone, warehousing. Products delivery time: Minimum from the moment of signing the contract by the buyer. Quality passport or other quality certifying document is required The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured. Other terms of delivery are agreed by the parties additionally.
The products must be accompanied by all the obligatory documents confirming its quality and origin.

Comments:

Please note that this request is not a notice of the competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449, 1 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code, art. 1057 – 1061, 2 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
