Payment terms:
Payment by the buyer is carried out by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of goods is carried out by the Supplier to the buyer's warehouse. Shipping cost is included in the price of the goods. The delivery date is the date of transfer of the goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) at the Buyer's warehouse Mezhdurechensk, South Industrial Zone, Warehousing. Products delivery time: minimum from the moment of signing the Agreement by the Buyer. Quality passport or other quality certifying document is required The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured. Other delivery conditions are agreed by the Parties additionally.
Products must be accompanied by all required documents confirming their quality and origin.
Comments: It is obligatory to upload KP, availability of documents on quality for the goods. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
