Payment terms:Postponement of payment within 60 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse or other payment terms that are additionally agreed by the parties.
Delivery terms:Delivery time is until 30.06.2024 in batches, according to need. The shipping cost is included in the price of the goods. (the date of delivery of the goods is the date of receipt of the goods by the Buyer, indicated in the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS invoice-12).

Comments:
A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT is to upload a commercial offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization, a certificate of conformity, a permit for use, a dealer certificate with manufacturing plants or confirmation of supplier status, a reference list.
Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, it is mandatory to provide the documents specified in the bid documentation.
Conclusion of the contract only in the standard edition of PJSC "Southern Kuzbass" without a protocol of disagreement (See attachment).
The term of validity of the offer (offer) must be at least 180 calendar days from the date of its submission.
One of the important criteria for evaluating the offer is the deferral of payment. The preferred delay period is 60 days or more from the date of delivery.
We pay attention Please note: If products of a different manufacturer (not the original) or with a different catalog number are offered for delivery, the manufacturer's name and the modified catalog number must be indicated in the commercial offer. Also, a letter signed by the head of the enterprise must be attached to the offer, in which the Bidder confirms the similarity of the proposed products to the original.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
The quantity on request can be changed, in case of changes in bids from enterprises.
