d) Copies of certified financial statements (if the company makes financial statements) for the last reporting period e) Statutory tax returns (VAT, income tax, USN) for 2 most recent reporting periods at the time of reporting.

This solicitation procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1065 of Part Two of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this solicitation procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the customer.
