Delivery of goods takes place according to an agreed schedule of delivery. The offer must absolutely correspond to the technical requirements and contain the following information:

2. Delivery time (in calendar days)
3. Warranty period/shelf life (CMA, works, services, etc.)
4. Price with VAT per item lot (must be specified in RUR)
5. Payment terms (prepaid or deferred payment-specify the grace period in calendar days if the prepayment provision indicate an advance or lack thereof).
