Payment terms:Расчет за поставленный Товар производится согласно предоставленной ПОСТАВЩИКУ ПОКУПАТЕЛЕМ заявки в рамках суммы настоящего Договора в следующем порядке: предоплата - 50% от цены партии Товара, указанного в заявке, в течение 5 (Пяти) дней с даты получения Заказчиком счёта на оплату партии Товара. Окончательный расчет производится в течение 7 (Семи) дней с момента принятия Покупателем Товара и подписания Акта приёма-передачи Товара.
Delivery terms:Поставка продукции должна осуществляться по предварительным заявкам Заказчика, в течение 20 дней с момента получения заявки Участником. В стоимость лота включаются все расходы по доставке продукции по адресу Заказчика.
