Payment terms:Settlements under the Agreement are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the current account of the Contractor/Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) upon expiration of 30-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the act of performed works, rendered services (Form №H-4), subject to timely submission of the invoice (or UPD).
Delivery terms:Delivery of licenses until 27.12.2019. License testing (in case of delivery of alternative antivirus software) is carried out by the supplier at customer locations until 25.12.2019. The installation of licenses and the organization of the control center is carried out by the supplier until 29.12.2019.
Validity of licenses from 08.01.2020 to 07.01.2023.

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!:Договор с Участником-победителем тендера будет заключен в соответствии с проектом договора, предоставленного Заказчиком в составе тендерной документации.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
