The organizer has the right to conduct stage 2 (rebidding). After the completion of stage 1 of the auction, the participants who gave the best prices at stage 1 will be admitted to the second stage. The winner of the procedure will be recognized the proposal of the applicant who offered the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
Criteria for evaluating and selecting an offer:

5. Price fixing period.
