5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the powers of the person authorized to sign the documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.

— Authorization documents (SRO, licenses, tolerances).
— Development by the executor of PPR, PPRC, RTI.
— Availability of certification of the head, ITR, industrial safety workers at the OPO.
— The availability of medical admission of personnel to work on the GCO.
