All participants of the competition must necessarily fill out the attached "Counterparty Questionnaire". Following the results of the competition, the winner obligatorily, prior to the conclusion of the contract, undertakes to submit certified copies of documents in accordance with the attached "List of documents".
The request for proposals is not an auction (contest, auction) in accordance with Articles 447-449 or a public contest in accordance with Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation Federation and does not impose on the Organizer and/or the Customer the obligations established by the above-mentioned articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
