Payment terms:
Terms of payment according to the requirements of the "Rusagro" GC: 100% deferred payment within 30 working days from the date of delivery/performance of works.
In case of advance payment of more than 1 000 000 rubles with VAT, the supplier/contractor must provide a bank guarantee from the top 10 based on the CBR rating. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.

1. The present competitive procedure at the choice of the supplier is directed in accordance with the tender rules of the tender organizer in the framework of the procedure of request for commercial proposals, which is not an offer, auction or competition and its Holding is not regulated by art. 447-449 hours 1 and 1057-1061, 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
