Auto-extension

Payment terms:Terms of payment according to the requirements of the group of companies "Rusagro": 100% deferred payment within 30 business days from the date of delivery / performance of work.
In case of an advance payment of more than 1,000,000 rubles including VAT, the Supplier / Contractor must provide a bank guarantee in a bank from Top-10 based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.
Delivery terms:Supply for the company's warehouses with the forces and facilities of the seller, according to the specifications. Shipping cost should be included in the cost of production.

1.
