Обоснование: по лоту № 1 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся и на основании п.8.11.2 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «Уральское конструкторское бюро транспортного машиностроения» (с изменениями)» заключить договор с АО «ИНСТРУМЕНТАЛЬНЫЕ РЕШЕНИЯ» с суммой договора 14 795,30 USD с учетом НДС, как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное ценовое предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации.
