Payment terms:
10% advance payment, 60% after receiving a notification of readiness for shipment from a warehouse in the Russian Federation, 30% within 14 cl. days from the date of the NDP.
Comments: Subject of the contract: purchase of 2 (two) Mobile grain dryers:
1. The productivity of the grain dryer when removing moisture from corn from 25% to 14% is not less than 9 t / h (not less than 180 t / day).
- The participant of the procedure must indicate in the attached commercial proposal information on performance (for removing moisture from 25% to 14%):
1. What is the maximum performance under basic conditions (air temperature, humidity and grain clogging, etc.)
2. How does the productivity change when the air temperature drops at t from 0 to 5 С

All changes in performance for each parameter should be reflected in absolute numerical values (and not a range in%)
- the supplier must be ready to fix these performance parameters in the supply contract.

13. Equipment delivery address (2 units):

14. Installation, commissioning and personnel training is required.
15. Terms of delivery and completion of installation work, commissioning no later than 01.07.2021.
16. Warranty for equipment and work performed for at least 24 months.
17. Guaranteed on-site service of the Supplier: entry for troubleshooting during the period of operation of the dryers after sending an application no more than 14 hours.
18. Mandatory provision of a portfolio by email. mail "lazarev_as@bentalagro.ru" with reflection:
- number of similar Dryers sold in the last 3 years;
- the name of large agricultural enterprises and contacts operating similar equipment complete with a heat exchanger;
- the regulated frequency and cost of service within one calendar year (the planned service life per year is 4 months), taking into account the replacement of consumables (field service by the forces and means of the Seller).
Request for quotations is made by lot as a whole.
The starting cost of the purchase (lot) - 161,079.60 Euro, incl. VAT 20%, includes the cost of 2 (two) units of grain dryers and the costs of their installation, commissioning and personnel training.
The step by lot in general is not less than 100 (one hundred) Euro.
The procedure for forming the contract price: the contract price is expressed in euros, includes the cost of the supplied goods, costs associated with the supply of goods, insurance, payment of taxes, VAT, customs duties, as well as installation, commissioning and personnel training.
The form, terms and procedure of payment used to form the price of the contract and settlements with the Suppliers: 10% advance payment, 60% after receiving notification of readiness for shipment from a warehouse in the Russian Federation, 30% within 14 cl. days from the date of the NDP.
Requirements for the quality of the goods: the quality of the transferred goods must comply with the technical standards of the country of the manufacturer and the requirements established by the GOSTs, FS, TUs in force in the Russian Federation for these types of goods.
Upon delivery of the goods, the following documents are provided:
- consignment note, invoice or UPD;
- quality certificate or other document confirming quality;
- certificate of conformity (if provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation).
The delivery time for Dryers is from 01.06.2021. until 15.06.2021, putting the equipment into operation as agreed with the customer, but no later than 01.07.2021.
