Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Within 15 (fifteen) banking days after entering into agreement the Buyer shall transfer the prepayment in the amount of 100,000 RUB to the Supplier's settlement account. When the remainder of prepayment arrives at 10,000 RUB, the Supplier shall send to the Buyer a partical invoice, the amount of which shall be defined by this agreement. The liability of the Buyer to the Supplier coming as a result of insufficiency of funds transferred as prepayment and confirmed by the account reconciliation report shall be paid by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) banking days after receipt of invoice. Upon expiration of the agreement period or its termination for any reason, the unused monetary funds shall be returned to the Buyer's settlement account within 5 (five) banking days after signing of the accounts reconciliation report. The price specified in the notification on purchase shall include all expenses and charges required for the bidder to fulfill his obligations under the agreement (in accordance with the draft civil law agreement given in Section 3 of this documentation).

Maximum period (deadline) for delivery of the goods - one day after the Supplier has received the Buyer's application. Supply location: Russian Federation, Khabarovsk Krai, Komsomolsky District, Shargol Area, Shargol Vacation House.
