Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Comments:
We pay special attention that in case of failure to provide a full package of documents, the application of the participant is not considered. All documents must be attached when applying, there will be no additional inquiries.

To participate in the procurement procedure, the following documents are required:
1. Commercial proposal on the letterhead of the organization indicating the following information:
- deadline in calendar days;
- cost in rubles excluding VAT (with indication of taxation system);
- warranty period;
- payment terms (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro Group of Companies);
- acceptable amount of penalties (% for a full week of delay in the performance of work);
- willingness to work according to the standard form of the contract of LLC Tambov Bacon.
2. A set of documents, according to the attached list.
