| Payment terms: | The buyer pays for the goods actually delivered and accepted within 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods to the warehouse of the Consignee.
The buyer shall pay for the execution of the supervising installation and start-up within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the moment of signing the act of handover and acceptance of the results of the performed works. |
