Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Advance payment - 50% - within 5 banking days after signing the Agreement. The remaining 50% is payable upon receipt of the products at the address of the place of delivery of the goods within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, consignment notes, copies of invoices marked by the Consignee.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: up to 14 working days after signing the Agreement.
Terms of delivery: delivery is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Supplier to the destination in a single batch (10 items).

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure and documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Delivery time: 7-14 working days from the date of signing the Agreement.
4. Place of delivery: 423575 Republic of Tatarstan, Nizhnekamsk, st. Akhtubinskaya, 4 "L"
5. Terms of delivery: delivery is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Supplier to the destination in a single batch (21 items).
6. To provide on request for proposals:
6.1. Commercial offer (indicating the cost per unit of goods and the total cost per item, the time and place of delivery, confirmation of the following conditions:
- unconditional signing of the draft agreement in the version of the Buyer;
- confirmation that the products are new, not used;
- confirmation that the commercial proposal is calculated in full accordance with this request for proposals, or with information about the proposed alternative solutions (analogues).
6.2. Copies of documents:
- Partner card;
- OGRN certificate;
- TIN certificate;
- Bukh balance for 2017-2019;
- 2019 VAT declaration
- Documents confirming the quality of products by the manufacturer (passport, certificate of conformity and quality).

Required warranty period for the Goods: not less than 12 months from the date of delivery.

The validity period of the supplier's offer is not less than 45 cal. days.

Note: this request for prices is not a competition notice (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
