20% by letter about the readiness of shipment from the warehouse
20% upon shipment to the Buyer's address

The delivery time of the equipment is no more than 45 working days after prepayment

It is mandatory to attach completed specification tables according to the customer's form to the Commercial Proposal (see BID DOCUMENTATION)

Specification FOR Call FOR Bidding WITH unloading AND loading operations, installation AND COMMISSIONING work purchased according TO THE list OF ITEMS and THE second part, WITH THE adjustment OF THE project FOR THE arrangement OF existing equipment FROM THE customer WITH subsequent work WITH unloading AND loading operations, installation AND commissioning.

When submitting an offer, you will need to decipher the cost of equipment by price (what is in the price of only equipment, what is installation, what is author's supervision, what is NDP)
The equipment is guaranteed for at least 24 months
The supplied equipment must be new and certified
A positional choice of supplier is possible
When offering EQUIVALENT equipment that meets the technical requirements, please follow the following principles when choosing:
-Priority for stock availability in Moscow and the ability to deliver before September 15, 2023
-Production dates, delivery to the supplier's warehouse and further delivery to the customer's facility no later than October 2, 2023
-Production dates, delivery to the facility bypassing the supplier's warehouse, further delivery to the customer's facility no later than October 2, 2023
-The rest, delivery on time later than October 2, 2023.
The BID DOCUMENTATION indicates equipment with the necessary technical requirements, it is possible to offer EQUIVALENTS that meet the requirements of paragraph 9 OF the descriptive part OF the tender
The supplier's offer is filled in in separate cells
It is possible to submit an offer for part of the ITEMS
The priority is to choose a single supplier for all mounted equipment
The facility is partially equipped with the customer's equipment, therefore there are discrepancies between the project and the request for equipment,
it will be necessary to adjust the project to arrange the customer's existing equipment, about which it is necessary to separately indicate the cost of services in the tender in the form of a separate commercial offer for these services/
The deadline for submitting a Commercial Offer is until 23:59 on August 24, 2023.


Documentation requirements OF THE supplier Bidder
In case of interest in your offer, a list of the required package of documents before signing the contract from the supplier:
1. Charter and Foundation Agreement Copy
2. Certificate of State Registration Copy
3. Certificate of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax Inspectorate (TIN and OGRN) Copy
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax authority not earlier than 30 calendar days before the date of submission of the extract; Copy
5. Minutes of the general meeting of Bidders (shareholders) of THE counterparty or the decision of the sole Bidder (shareholder) of the counterparty to appoint the director of THE counterparty (with a sample signature.) Copy
6. Accounting statements form 1 and 2 for the last reporting year (Copy) with confirmation of submission to the Federal Tax Service.
7. The current lease agreement for office space (with the first and last payment orders under this agreement) Scan.
8. Copy of the order appointing the General Director and Chief Accountant;
9. State registration record sheet (in the absence of a certificate of state registration);
10. Sheets of records of changes (if there were changes in the legal entity);
11. Contacts of the company representative;
12. A certificate of the average number of employees as of the last reporting date.
13. If the Supplier is on the basis, submit a VAT Declaration for the last reporting quarter with confirmation of delivery to the Federal Tax Service.
These COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESSES are an internal procedure for selecting a contractor, supplier, contractor and should not be considered as a COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "ON PROTECTION of COMPETITION". By submitting documents and information to the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS organizer, the applicant confirms his compliance with the qualification requirements established for the relevant COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS, expresses his intention to participate in the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS, agrees to the terms and conditions of the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS.
