The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered Equipment is carried out in stages - in the amount of the cost of the delivered batches of the Equipment in Russian rubles, by transferring non-cash funds to the Supplier’s bank account.
Payment of the cost of each delivered batch of Equipment is carried out within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the parties have signed a waybill for the corresponding batch of Equipment.
Terms of delivery:
Equipment is delivered in separate batches. The range, quantity and cost of each batch of Equipment is determined by the Buyer in the relevant application and agreed by the Supplier in the manner established by the Agreement.
The Supplier on its own delivers the Equipment to the Buyer's facilities located at the following addresses:
- RF, St. Petersburg, ul. Kurchatova, 1, letter A;
- RF, Ekaterinburg, ul. Pervomayskaya, d. 77, entrance 8;
- Russian Federation, Novosibirsk, ul. Kommunisticheskaya, 2, Business Center Eurasia, office 702.
