Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered Equipment is carried out in stages - in the amount of the cost of the delivered batches of the Equipment in Russian rubles, by transferring non-cash funds to the Supplier's account.
Payment of the cost of each delivered batch of Equipment is carried out within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the parties have signed a waybill for the corresponding batch of Equipment.
The initial (maximum) price of the contract for the supply of Equipment is 453,658 (Four hundred fifty three thousand six hundred fifty eight) rubles 00 kopecks, plus VAT (20%) 90 731 (Ninety thousand seven hundred thirty one) rubles 60 kopecks. The initial (maximum) price of the contract, including VAT, is 544,389 (Five hundred forty-four thousand three hundred eighty-nine) rubles 60 kopecks.
Terms of delivery:
Equipment is supplied in separate batches. The range, quantity and cost of each batch of Equipment is determined by the Buyer in the relevant application and agreed by the Supplier in the manner established by the Agreement.

The equipment shall be delivered in batches on the basis of the relevant applications of the Buyer. The delivery time for each batch of Equipment should not exceed 10 (Ten) business days from the date of invoice by the Supplier, but no later than December 31, 2020. If necessary, the Buyer may refuse a number of equipment items specified in the Specification and / or reduce / change the number of units of the Equipment.
The range, quantity and completeness of the Equipment are indicated in the Specifications (Appendix No. 1 to the Contract) (section 4 of the auction documentation), as well as in the Terms of Reference (section 3 of the auction documentation).
