Обоснование: по лоту №1 признать запрос котировок несостоявшимся и на основании п.8.11.2 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для МУП «ТДС» заключить договор с ООО «ШОССЕ» с суммой договора 2 480 000,00 руб. с учетом НДС, как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное ценовое предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации.
