Subject of contract: purchase of original spare parts (Degelman) according to the Annex to Notice No. 1.
The price request is conducted on the lot as a whole.
The starting price of purchase (lot) is RUB 1,725,037.01 incl. VAT.
Step on the lot overall at least 0.1%.
Contract price formation: The contract price is expressed in rubles, includes the value of the goods delivered, costs related to the delivery of the goods, insurance, payment of taxes, VAT, customs fees.
Form, time and payment procedure used to generate the contract price and settlement with Suppliers: 100% payment after receipt of parts in Customer's stock within 30 calendar days.
Quality requirements: "ORIGINAL" spare parts (Degelman), the quality of the goods transferred must meet technical standards, producer countries and the requirements set by the existing State State, FS, TU for these types of goods.
Requirements for a member of the procedure:
1) failure to liquidate the procurement participant — a legal entity, and the absence of an arbitral tribunal award declaring the procurement participant — legal entity or sole proprietor insolvent ( bankrupt) and the commencement of a competitive proceeding;
2) The non-suspension of the activity of the procurement participant in accordance with the procedure established by the RF Code as at the date of application for the purchase;
3) the participant's lack of tax, fees, other mandatory payments to the budgets of the budget system of the Russian Federation (except for amounts provided deferral, installments, investment tax credit in accordance with Russian legislation on taxes and charges that are restructured in accordance with Russian law Federations that have a statutory court decision recognizing the claimant's duty to pay those amounts fulfilled, or found to be hopeless to be recovered under the by the Russian Federation on taxes and charges) for the past calendar year, which exceed twenty-five per cent of the carrying value of the procurement participant's assets, according to accounting statements for the most recent reporting period.
4) prior to the commencement of the procurement procedure, the participant must send a signed contract of supply to the Customer, which is an annex to this notice, to the Customer.
The Purchaser's form of delivery agreement contains the Supplier's obligation to reverse repurchase the goods of proper quality in the event that the goods are not suitable to the Buyer according to technical and other parameters, condition of keeping its marketable appearance.
When delivering the goods, the documents are provided:
- invoice, invoice or UPD;
- quality proof document;
- certificate of conformity (if provided by Russian law).
