Comments: Subject of the contract: purchase of original spare parts for combines and reapers (Case) in accordance with the appendix to notification No. 12.
Request for quotations is made by lot as a whole.
The starting cost of the purchase (lot) - 1,825,123.67 rubles. VAT included.
The step by lot as a whole is not less than 1000 rubles.
The procedure for forming the contract price: the contract price is expressed in rubles, includes the cost of the supplied goods, costs associated with the supply of goods, insurance, taxes, VAT, customs duties.
Form, terms and procedure of payment used to form the price of the contract and settlements with Suppliers: 100% payment after full receipt of spare parts at the Customer's warehouse within 30 calendar days.
Requirements for the quality of the goods: "ORIGINAL" spare parts (Case), the quality of the transferred goods must comply with the technical standards, the country of the manufacturer and the requirements established by the Russian Federation GOSTs, FS, TU for these types of goods.
Requirements for the participant of the procedure:
1) failure to liquidate a procurement participant - a legal entity and the absence of a decision by an arbitration court on recognizing a procurement participant - a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur - insolvent (bankrupt) and on opening bankruptcy proceedings;
2) non-suspension of the procurement participant's activities in the manner established by the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, on the date of filing an application for participation in the procurement;
3) the procurement participant has no arrears of taxes, fees, arrears of other obligatory payments to the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation (except for the amounts for which a deferral, installment plan, investment tax credit is granted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees, which are restructured into in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, according to which there is a court decision that has entered into legal force recognizing the applicant's obligation to pay these amounts fulfilled or which are recognized as hopeless to be collected in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees) for the past calendar year, the amount of which exceeds twenty five percent of the book value of the procurement participant's assets, according to the accounting statements for the last reporting period.
4) before the start of the procurement procedure, the participant must send to the Customer the draft supply agreement signed on his part, which is an attachment to this notice.
The delivery agreement in the form of the Buyer contains the Supplier's obligation to buy back the goods of good quality in the event that the goods did not fit the Buyer in terms of technical and other parameters, provided that its presentation is preserved.
Upon delivery of the goods, the following documents are provided:
- consignment note, invoice or UPD;
- document confirming the quality;
- certificate of conformity (if provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation).
Delivery time: according to Appendix No. 11 to the notification.
