Comments:
the application for participation in the price request must be accompanied by the documents specified in clauses 3.2 and forms 1, 2, 3. the proposals are served through an electronic b2b marketplace-center.ru in the manner prescribed by the rules of the portal work fine. In the case of statements of clarification of the provisions of the procurement documentation otherwise, customer ("Organizer") reserves the right not to provide the relevant clarifications. This procedure for requesting price is not trading, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The procedure for requesting price competition is not public and not governed by the articles of part two 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting price does not impose on the customer commitments to conclude a treaty with the winner price request.
