The Promoter reserves the right to extend the period of procedure and/or change the date of consideration of the Participants' proposals, to summarize the request, accept or reject any offer, and terminate request for proposals. At the same time, the Organizer does not have any liability to the Participants to whom such action may result in damages.

Please note that this request is not a notification of a public competition or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer (Customer) and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
