the final payment is 50% after the delivery of the equipment, after the actual installation of the compressor at the Customer's facility, the commissioning of the equipment and the signing of the act of work performed.
The cost should be specified taking into account:
- delivery, unloading, rigging and installation of the compressor at the customer's facility;
- the necessary consumables for the installation and connection of the compressor to the existing refrigeration unit (fasteners, pipes, solder, etc.).
Delivery terms:
The delivery time of the equipment is no more than 5 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

The warranty for the supplied equipment and the work performed is at least 12 months;
The supplied equipment must be certified;
Equipment passport, certificate of conformity for the equipment.

These auctions are an internal procedure for selecting a contractor, supplier, contractor and should not be considered as auctions in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition". Thus, this bidding procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the organizer of the auction, the customer, including the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the auction or another participant.
