- The commercial offer must contain the calculation for each Specification separately (their tabular parts). The total cost of the commercial offer is calculated from the cost of Specification 1, Specification 2;
- It is mandatory to attach the completed Specification 1 and Specification 2 in excel format to the documents as part of the Bidder's Bid;
- The Bidder of the Call for Bidding procedure should not be included in the registers of unscrupulous suppliers posted on the websites http://cbr.ru , http://zakupki.gov.ru .
