The acquisition of rights for the following Application Software under a simple (non-exclusive) license by subscription for 3 years: • Client part ProtectV software license by subscription for 3 years (ProtectV Client, 3 Year. Subscription License). The rightholder of SafeNet, Inc (4690 Millennium Drive Belcamp, Maryland 21017 United States), • Connector of ProtectV software to KeySecure/DataSecure subscription license. (ProtectV Manager Connector for KeySecure/DataSecure Subscription License. The rightholder of SafeNet, Inc (4690 Millennium Drive Belcamp, Maryland 21017 United States).The name of the computer software, ways to use the software, term and territory of validity of transferable rights to use the updated software are specified in the Specification provided in the documentation part 2. B The supply of equipment, the certificate of technical support for equipment and the execution of work for implementation of ProtectV protection system of virtual resources , providing: • the delivery of hardware of cryptographic information security SafeNet i460 DataSecure Bundle with Local PED and iKey (DataSecure), • providing the enhanced technical support certificate of DataSecure for 12 months: (DATASECURE, PLUS MAINTENANCE SERVICE), • execution of work for installation, setting and putting in operation of ProtectV protection system of virtual resources including: - ProtectV Software comprising: • ProtectV Manager Management System, • ProtectV Client client part for 30 virtual machines, • connector of ProtectV software connection to DataSecure,
