Preliminary consideration of auction bids
When submitting an auction bid, the bidders need to upload the documents to the System in accordance with the requirements of the auction documentation. On the basis of the received auction bids the Organizer will make decision concerning admission of the bidders to the auction bidding.

The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:For granting rights to use the software LanDocs customer shall within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the signing of the acceptance certificate of executed works list to the account Executive remuneration amount for the right to use LanDocs.
Payment for work is done:
- 30% deposit on the terms of the value of Works-within 5 (Five) calendar days after the signing of this agreement, and final payment for the work performed:
- at the rate of 35% within 75 (seventy five) calendar days after the signing of the Act of acceptance of work performed;
- at the rate of 35%-for 135 (one hundred and thirty five of five) calendar days after the signing of the Act of acceptance of the executed works.
Pay day is considered the day of depositing funds to the account of the contractor.
Terms of delivery:the contractor shall perform the work (the "work") for implementing and configuring the baseline solution integrated document management system based on LanDocs in JSC STC UES in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the contract schedule-scheduling» and annex No. 3 to the Treaty "technical requirements".
The work is executed as at the customer's premises in St. Petersburg at: str. Кurchatova d. 1 lit. And, or remotely in the executor's Office
