The end date for the submission of the TCH for participation in the procurement: 10/13/2020 until 17-00 Moscow time.
Technical characteristics of goods and materials and the terms for the provision of technical documentation are given in Appendices 1 and 2;
The procurement procedure will be carried out in absentia in three stages (qualification, evaluation, commercial) through the analysis of all submitted proposals for participation.
The main criteria for summing up the procurement procedure are:
Compliance with TK, delivery time, price and payment terms.
To participate in the procurement procedure, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the procurement documentation and send the following information:
1. Technical and commercial proposal, completed in accordance with the form of Appendix 1, in Excel format;
Please pay attention to the instructions for filling out the TCH form.
2. Copies of accompanying technical documentation;
3. Copies of documents in accordance with Appendix 4.
The procurement organizer has the right not to consider the technical and commercial proposals of the participants:
- when providing an incomplete package of documents and / or filling out the TCH form by less than 50% and / or specifying inaccurate information in the procurement documentation;
- when sending the TCH after the end of the deadline for its submission;
- having unfulfilled obligations under previously concluded agreements with companies of the Polymetal holding.

This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
