Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the price of the Software Products is made in installments - each time in the amount of the cost of the Software Products for the relevant order within 20 (Twenty) business days after the Buyer has signed the relevant bill of lading.
Terms of delivery:
Software Products are delivered to the Buyer's warehouse at: RF, St. Petersburg, ul. Kurchatova, 1 lit. BUT.
Transfer of Software Products is carried out in separate batches, in accordance with the Buyer's written orders received by the Seller, drawn up in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Order" / "Orders"). Each Order shall be executed in 2 (Two) copies and signed by an authorized representative of the Parties.
