Marketing research is not a bargaining (contest, auction, request for proposals, request for quotations) or public competition in accordance with articles 447 – 449 of the first Civil Code of the Russian Federation and articles 1057 – 1061 Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and do not impose on the organizer and the customer the obligations established by the aforementioned articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The organizer has the right to amend the notice of marketing research and documentation on marketing research at any time before the deadline for submission of applications for participation in marketing research.

The customer (organizer) has the right to extend the deadline for submission of applications for participation in marketing research and accordingly to transfer the date and time of the opening procedure (opening access to applications) at any time before the procedure of opening applications ( Opening of access to applications) to participate in marketing researches, and also before take stock of purchase results to change the date of consideration of bids of participants of purchase and take stock of results of marketing researches.

The customer (organizer) has the right to refuse from conducting marketing researches at any time before take stock of its results, and also the customer is not obliged to conclude the contract on results of marketing researches.
