Payment terms:
For lots 1-4 6, deferment of payment 10 working days from the date of delivery on the basis of the invoice, by transferring money to the account of the supplier; lot 8-13 19, deferred payment 15 working days from the date of delivery on the basis of the invoice, by transferring money to the account of the supplier; lot 5, 7, 14, 18, 21 -25-100% prepayment; on lots 15-17-50% in advance, 50% deferred payment 10 working days from the date of delivery on the basis of the invoice, by transferring money to the account of the supplier; lot 20-50% in advance, 50% payment deferral 5 calendar days from the date of delivery on the basis of the invoice, by transferring money to the bank account of the provider.

Comments: the application for participation in the price request must be accompanied by the documents specified in clause 3.2 and forms 1, 2, 3.

Participant has the right to place a request for clarification on the procurement documents via the respective section of the E-marketplace. In case requests for clarification are submitted in any other way, Customer (Organizer) has the right not to give the relevant clarification.
This RFQ procedure is not a bidding, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFQ procedure is also not a public bidding and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFQ procedure does not impose on the Customer the commitment to make a contract with the RFQ winner.
