Auto-extension

Payment terms:

Обоснование: 1. Признать заявки ООО "ЭНЕРГОПРОДУКТ", ООО ПЗЭО "Кама", ООО "ГК Энергоцентр", ООО "ЭНЕРГОСБЕРЕГАЮЩИЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ", соответствующими требованиям документации запроса предложений в электронной форме.
2. Признать заявки ООО "Пром-А Урал", ООО "Шнэл", ООО "ЭлекКом Логистик", ООО "Модуль", ЗАО "ГК "Электрощит"-ТМ Самара" , ООО "ЧЗЭМИ" не соответствующей требованиям документации запроса предложений в электронной форме. Отклонить заявки ООО "Пром-А Урал", ООО "Шнэл", ООО "ЭлекКом Логистик", ООО "Модуль", ЗАО "ГК "Электрощит"-ТМ Самара" , ООО "ЧЗЭМИ" от участие в оценочной стадии.
3. Признать процедуру запроса предложений в электронной форме на приобретение распредустройства РУНН-0,4кВ в ТП-5 корпус НПК состоявшейся.
4. В соответствии с критериями оценки признать победителем и присвоить первый номер заявке ООО "ЭНЕРГОСБЕРЕГАЮЩИЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ". Присвоить второй номер заявке ООО ПЗЭО "Кама".
5. Заключить с ООО "ЭНЕРГОСБЕРЕГАЮЩИЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ" договор на приобретение распредустройства РУНН-0,4кВ в ТП-5 корпус НПК в соответствии с требованиями, установленными документацией запроса предложений в электронной форме, по цене договора 6 800 000,00 руб. (Шесть миллионов восемьсот тысяч рублей 00 копеек), с том числе НДС-18% 1 037 288,14 руб. (Один миллион тридцать семь тысяч двести восемьдесят восемь рублей 14 копеек).
