| Delivery terms: | The goods are delivered in batches. The name and quantity of the goods to be delivered in each batch is determined by the Customer according to the need and indicated in the application. The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. Products from manufacturers' factories, manufacturer's representatives, official dealers and distributors are accepted for delivery. The presence of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods upon arrival at the warehouse is mandatory. The delivered product must be new and not restored. When shipping the goods, mandatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier. The supplier accepts the terms of the Standard Contract of the SC. |
