Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

40% within 10 calendar days after receipt of the goods at the consignee’s warehouse.
10% - at the end of the sugar beet processing season of the 2019 harvest, but not later than January 20, 2020. (in the absence of complaints about the quality of the equipment supplied)

Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer in the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (like the Supplier's preliminary selection procedure itself) is not an offer, auction or competition and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without giving reasons without incurring any responsibility to Participants.
2. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the delivery of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation of the reasons among several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. A model agreement is sent for signature to the Winner (s), determined (s) during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is conducted by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the B2B-center electronic trading platform.
4. A participant in this procedure sends a Commercial Proposal on a standard form. Proposals for participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document of the Procedure Organizer.
5. Organization / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant that does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature.
A prerequisite for participation in the tender is a visit to the plant where the work will be performed, to inspect the work site. For technical questions, please contact the contact person specified in the Terms of Reference.
