Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for the goods is carried out within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of delivery of the goods (signing by the parties of the consignment note for the goods) on the basis of the supplier’s account for payment
Terms of delivery:
The delivery of the Goods is carried out by the forces and means of the Supplier to the Buyer's building located at the address (delivery place): RF, St. Petersburg, ul. Kurchatova, 1, letter A.
The goods are delivered at the request of the Customer, specifying the quantity, but without changing the range and prices.
Delivery of the goods is carried out within 15 (fifteen) business days from the receipt of the application.
The warranty period for the Goods must be at least 12 (Twelve) months from the date of delivery - the signing by the Parties of consignment notes for the Goods.
The quality and completeness of the Goods must comply with the applicable state standards and specifications accepted in the Russian Federation for this type of product.
The goods must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, or declarations of conformity in cases provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. In the absence of a certificate of conformity (declaration of conformity), the Buyer has the right to refuse to accept the relevant Goods.
Terms of delivery of the Goods under the Contract:
- the date of commencement of delivery of the Goods - from the moment of signing the Agreement;
- the end date for the delivery of the Goods is 12/31/2020.
