Обоснование: 1. Признать заявки ООО "ТехПромАвтоматика" и ООО "Русхимсеть-Пермь" не соответствующими требованиям документации запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме.
2. Отклонить заявки ООО "ТехПромАвтоматика" и ООО "Русхимсеть-Пермь" от участия в оценочной стадии.
3. Признать процедуру запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме на приобретение спирта изопропилового не состоявшейся.
