Payment terms:
Prices must be quoted in rubles with 20% VAT. The fixed price is not subject to change during the term of the contract. Settlements for goods between the Parties are made within 30 calendar days from the moment of signing the acts of acceptance of goods by transferring cashless funds from the Buyer's settlement account to the Supplier’s settlement account, provided that the original invoices are submitted, and the waybills signed by the Parties in the form of TORG-12 .
Delivery terms:
